Mr. Roy is admitted to practice before all state and federal
courts in Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals
for the Fifth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits. Mr. Roy was a
member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity at Louisiana State
University Law Center and was the Board Chairman of the
Baton Rouge Lawyer Referral Service from 1974-1976. He was
the Chairman of the Professional Responsibility Committee in
1989 and fellow of the American College of Mortgage
Attorneys. Mr. Roy is a member of the Louisiana State Bar
Association, the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association, the Bar
Association of the Federal Fifth Circuit, and the Baton
Rouge Bank Counsel.
